Masterton clinic gets a new face and phone number!

Back In Action has been operating in Masterton for a couple of years now and with our growing number of staff the workload has been getting a bit ridiculous for just one administrator (a big thanks to Judy who has coped amazingly under all the pressure)!

So we advertised for an “Amazing Administrator” and after sifting through over one hundred applicants, getting to a short list and then a shorter list, we decided that Tracey was the person we were looking for!

Originally a Southland girl, Tracey has island-hopped north and is loving the climate, events and outdoors the Wairarapa offers.

Tracey has a BA Degree in Japanese language and attended university in Kyoto.  Her first customer service role was tour guiding Japanese honeymooners around Christchurch.

She keeps active through netball, swimming and tramping.  Her latest adventure was completing the Tongariro Crossing with her family.

Tracey has taken to this full time role like a duck to water and so now that she’s got to grips with the essential parts of our practice management system we’re able to let you in on a little secret
