Pilates instructors work with clients from all different back grounds, from a car accident victim to a professional athlete, dairy farmer and housewife.  The exercises range from rehab focused and therapeutic to absolutely sweat dripping, butt kicking hard!

Before you begin

Prior to joining one of our equipment classes we require you to come in for a pre-assessment. This is a 30min appointment with either an instructor or physiotherapist and is used to identify your specific needs in relation to your medical history and to tailor an exercise program accordingly.
