A tailored program that goes beyond your expectation!

We all have to start somewhere and our Personal Plus packages are a good place to begin.

Price: $260 ($65/week)

How we help:
Meet with your PT 1:1 once a week for four weeks to get off to a focused start. Start as you meant to go on setting goals and working with your PT on a results driven program.

How you can help yourself:
Use the facilities outside of your 1:1 sessions to stay focused on your goals and start seeing results.

Personal Plus - SILVER

Stay focused and see results!

Level 2 is about giving you more independence to work at your goals while still having the important guidance of a professional.

Price: $32.50/week + FREE Membership

How we help:
Meet with your PT 1:1 once a fortnight to ensure you continue to tick off those goals and make new ones.

How you can help yourself:
Use the facilities outside of your 1:1 sessions for FREE to stay focused on your goals and continue to see results.

Personal Plus - BRONZE

You’re on a roll and just need to keep working at it!

Level 3 is about getting sustainable results and staying in the habit of a healthy lifestyle.

Price: $31.50/week (minimum 10 weeks)

How we help:
We are committed to encouraging and facilitating health and wellness to all who walk through our doors. We will provide a facility with good quality equipment used under the guidance and safety of health professionals.

Each 10 week block includes a FREE 1:1 PT session.

Your PT will continue to monitor your progress and check that you’re challenging yourself and seeing the results you need to see.
